Carl Zeiss IMT (Shanghai) Co., Ltd in China is a global production site manufacturing the ZEISS DuraMax, an entry-level shop floor scanning CMM, for worldwide distribution. The site also focuses on the manufacture of mid-class CMM systems as well as Horizontal-Arm CMMs for mainland China and Asia markets. In addition to the various systems being manufactured, a new measuring lab supports R&D with future CMM development.
In addition to production, there is also a competence center located in the same building. Here, Carl Zeiss IMT (Shanghai) Co., Ltd offers customer demonstrations, basic and advanced customer training, programming, contract measuring and fixture design as well as a service hotline. All of them support our customers continuous success.
