Be it a star stylus or a knuckle joint - the stylus set-up devices allow accurate angle adjustments to within half a degree. They offer you several advantages:

ZEISS FixAssist VAST

for VAST stylus systems

Setting angles made easy – the ZEISS FixAssist VAST helps you set-up stylus systems with a MT/VAST adapter plate. The angle around the CMM Z axis and about the horizontal axis can be adjusted accurately and repeatable.

ZEISS FixAssist XXT

for XXT stylus systems

The ZEISS FixAssist XXT optimally supports you in the assembly of M3 XXT stylus systems. The set-up device comes standard with two adapters. This makes it possible to quickly and accurately set solid angles, star styli and clampable star styli. In addition, adapters are available with which the angles of knuckle joints can be set exactly.

ZEISS FixAssist XTR

for XTR stylus systems

The newest member of the FixAssist family is suitable for stylus systems with XTR adapter plates. It includes a tool kit and helps you align the stylus system precisely around the CMM Z-axis and a horizontal axis.
